Skyward provides an individual account for each parent. You have two options to get your account information:
- IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS YOUR CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS, You can use the forgot login/password link located on the login page. The system will request your email address and send both the username and password reset link for you to change your password. Please check your SPAM folder for that email. Detailed directions are located in article on this FAQ:
- If the above method does not work (email is not found, the account is not enabled or you do not receive the reply) Campus staff can reset your password and provide your username. They will verify identity before providing this information.
Open the LISD home page (www.lisd.net) and select the "Skyward" Icon at the top of the page.
2) Click on the Family Access Login link.
At the Login page, enter the username and
password you were given or had sent to you. (LISD Staff are to use their LISD network
account login credentials IF the campus connected your student to that account). Click
the Sign In button.
If this is your first login, the system should
prompt you to change your password to one of your choice.
Note: If the district has no home email associated
with your account or another member of your family on record, the system will
prompt you to enter a new email, or decline to have an email address on record.
