Editing Student and Guardian Information

Some contact information can be changed directly in the system. Anything you cannot edit online will need to be corrected by the campus on your behalf.

Your personal contact information, Username, password or Automatic notification settings can be changed by doing the following:

1. Login to Family Access.

2. Click "My Account" at the top of the page.

3. Change any of the editable fields in the information which is displayed or use the links to change your username or password.

Student related data that is editable in Family Access can be changed by doing the following:

1. Login to Family Access.

2. Select:  Student Info.

3. Select:  Request Changes for ...... and select the area. Only fields that are not shaded in gray can be edited.

All requests for the following need to be made to the campus staff for your student's campus. They are not editable fields in Skyward Family Access.

>Change in family members
>Additional family members to have access
>Change the primary guardian of the family
>Mailing or physical address corrections
>Correction of phone numbers for emergency contacts who are themselves guardians or staff members
>Correction of any student information not directly editable online

It is recommended that you contact the front office and indicate that you need changes made for family information.
