IPAD Family Access Quick Guide

Skyward Family Access provides the ability to complete a form and pay the fees for an IPAD. If you do not know your Family Access Account, please contact your student's campus to request that login information. A printable copy of these instructions is available as an attachment to this article.


1. Login to Skyward Family Access. The link is located on the LISD Home Page (www.lisd.net) in the upper right hand corner.

2. If you are in the Family which our records indicate is the Primary Family, you will select the link for each student to the "school year" Forms Packet.

NOTE: If one or more of your students have no link available, you will need to contact the campus. If you believe you should be part of the Primary Family (Family the student lives with). Guardians in a split family (in Skyward Family #2) do not have access to online forms. You can contact the campus to request paper forms in that instance.

3. Complete all steps which include the optional IPAD Form ( 1: X user agreement).

4. You will select the step, open the linked form (link in blue) and fill in all fields. If you previously filled in this form, please update the date field.

5. SAVE the form.

5. Mark the Step completed as well as the rest and proceed to the last step and submit the forms.


NOTE: The IPAD nonrefundable annual fee of $40 is applied to each student around August 1st. If your student enrolls after that point, you will need to contact the campus to add the fee so that you can pay for it in Family Access. More details on the fee and what it covers is detailed in the IPAD Form completed in the previous steps.

1. Login to Skyward Family Access. The link is located on the LISD Home Page (www.lisd.net) in the upper right hand corner.

2. Select the "Fee Management" located in the left menu. All of your students will show in this screen along with the outstanding fees.

3. Choose: Make A Payment for any student. All students will show regardless of which you pick.

4. For each student, select Update Payment Amount.

5. Select the Pay Charge selection next to the amount due.

6. Select the option to Update Cart.

7. Repeat for each of your students.

8. Select the Pay with Vendor option at the top of that screen to make payments selected in your cart.

9. Login to this new site with the account you use for lunch charges or create a new one if the first time to access Revtrak.

NOTE: This link will open in a new window and will close Family Access. You will be taken to a different website. LISD Staff do not support RevTrak as we only contract with them to accept payments. There is a password reset option if you do not know you current password.
